Here is the VINELink Offender Lookup link which allows a user on an agency’s inmate search website to connect directly from the offender’s details page to the respective details page in VINELink. The user is then able to register for notification via the VINE System without having to search for the information again. This is a FREE service enhancement. The VINELink Offender Lookup URL is personalized for each inmate with the agency’s ID number and the offender’s ID number added to the end of the string. The URL will take the user directly to the VINE page for that specific offender.
